Selected Stikfas Items are on sale.

HOW TO JOIN:

1. There are two (2) categories:

* Category 1: CUSTOMIZATION - Create, Build, Mutate, Paint Stikfas Action Figure Kits any way you like it. Create your very own character or adapt any existing action figure character you like. Use Stikfas Kits only. Gluing, epoxy, clay or any sculpting materials are allowed.

CLASS A: Open – This class is open to all ages and has no limitations on skill level or status.

CLASS B: Juniors (11-16 years old) – This class is open to those in the stated age range and does not allow professionals.

CLASS C: Novice (10 years and below) – This class is open to those in the stated age range and does not allow professionals.

* Category 2: KIT-BASHING - No licensed movie/ animation/ comic/ game characters. Create your original Kit-Bash figure. You may use parts from up to a maximum of 5 kits only. Repeated parts from the same kit will count as a separate kit. (Example: If you use parts from 2 Legionnaires, then it’ll count as 2 sets of “Alpha Male Legionnaire” kits). No gluing , sculpting, painting, or any process of modification of parts allowed. The parts are to be used in their original form and color, and put together using the existing joints. Only Stikers from the sets used in the kit-bash may be used on the finished custom. Use Stikfas Kits only.

2. Entries must be actual works of participants.  Photographs will not be accepted.  All entries will be displayed in Hobbes & Landes Universe during the competition period.  Selected entries will remain in the possession of the Competition Manager for at least 1 month after the determination of winners.  Event organizer will have the right to display winning entries at any location without being required to pay participant for the work or creation.

3. Register at any Hobbes & Landes store to join. Present your H&L receipt with at least one (1) STIKFAS purchase between the period May 1, 2009 to July 31, 2009.  Write your name, address, age, contact no., category and class at the back of each receipt. One receipt per entry. Send as many entries as you want!

4. Drop all entries at either locations:

* Hobbes & Landes Universe, Bonifacio High Street, Fort Global City, Taguig City.

* 16D Strata 100 Bldg., F. Ortigas Jr. Road, Ortigas Center, Pasig City.

JUDGING & PRIZES:

1. Judging will be held on August 2, 2009 in Hobbes & Landes Universe, Bonifacio High Street, Fort Global City, Taguig City.

2. Criteria for judging:

* Category 1:

Creativity 35%, Painting and Detailing 35%, Execution and Finished Product Appeal 30%

* Category 2:

Creativity 35%, Originality 35%, Color & Parts Execution and Finished Product Appeal 30%

3. There will be three (3) winners per category per class. Participants may only win once, based on the bigger prize.

4. Awarding of Prizes will be held on August 2, 2009 in Hobbes & Landes Universe.

*There will be a total of six(6) 1st place winners, six (6) 2nd place winners, and six (6) 3rd place winners.

*Winners’ Certificates will be given to the winners.

* Certificate of Appreciation will be given to all participants.
