  • Pumpkin Beads Polymer Clay Classes

Build City, Level 4 @ Shangri-La Plaza Mall, Mandaluyong City

    What is polymer clay?

Polymer clay is a sculptable material that can be molded into different forms of shapes and sizes that is used by hobbyists, artists and children.  It is made from polymer polyvinyl chloride (PVC), and it usually contains no clay minerals.  It is only called “clay” because its textures and working properties resemble those of mineral clay.  Polymer clay needs to be baked in an oven to achieve a hard finish.

What materials will be used during the class?

We will use Sculpey Polymer Clay brand during the class.  It is made in the U.S. and is a non-toxic material.  We will also use metal findings together with the clay to make pendants, key chains, bracelets, etc.
